Axsak Guitar Jacket has announced an endorsement of Daryl Hayott at Keep the Light Records.
A Little About Axsak:
The Axsak Guitar Jacket is a protective cover for the guitar, created to protect the guitar’s finish from the inevitable scratches and little dings that greatly depreciate the value of the guitarist’s investment. Designed primarily for rehearsal, teaching, practice, the studio and for the guitar repairman to protect their customers instruments, the Axsak easily slips off and on in seconds.
The resilient material is extremely attractive, durable, and adds an edge of comfort for the guitarist who wishes to use it on the gig. The material is a three-layered nylon velour that features a soft webbing on the inside, and an attractive black velour on the outside.
Each Axsak is made individually and designed and tailored by hand to the specifics of each guitar body style. Workmanship is guaranteed.
Through the years Axsak has enjoyed commercial success with sales all over the world and an endorsement list that reads like the who’s who of the music industry. Axsak has also been featured on the cover of CD’s, cassettes, instructional guitar video tapes, guitar instructional books, television shows, major concert halls all over the world, and various music publications like Guitar Player, Guitar World, Guitar School, Guitar for the Practicing Musician, Tune Up Guitar Magazine, Rolling Stone, Musicians Institute News, Buddy Guys Legends Magazine, and many more. In fact Axsak was once featured on the cover of Guitar Player magazine with Jennifer Batten.
The Axsak guitar jacket was invented in 1986 by Pete “Pedro” Wyant. The company was purchased in 1998 by Darin Scott.
Keep on rockin’ and keep those guitars protected with Axsak.

Bob Hausler (left), Daryl Hayott (right)
The Hausler-Hayott Project was a tremendous success! Music giants Bob Hausler and Daryl Hayott spent two days together mind melding in the musical life force sense. The jam session was broadcast on our Webcast-tv.com channel to an international audience. The masters let the music flow going from one musical universe to another, as Daryl describes it, “I was following Bob’s lead from planet to planet.”
Ray Morant from Monster Labs Recording Studio sat in on bass and let the vibes flow.
Included in the jam were two young artists, Azeem and Gyasi Govan. They both took a spot on keyboards and Gyasi manned the drums for one tune and Azeem served as resident photographer. Vocalist Tomaca was present, but took camera duty for the day.
Real magic also took place off camera as Daryl and Bob jammed for hours on various instruments at Daryl’s place over the two-day span. Bob enjoyed having the opportunity to go out to see some of the local talent in Hartford, CT and tasting Jamaican food for the first time.
Ray Morant was excellent as the studio host, engineer and bassist. We endorse http://monsterlabrecording.com/ located in New Britain, CT USA. The facility is open and roomy and Ray is an excellent engineer, guitarist and bassist.

Keep the Light Records also endorses http://Webcast-tv.com. David Grey and his team were in contact with our staff from the planning phases of the webcast to the end. Stellar customer support is rare these days, but Webcast-tv was on it!
The video is in post production and will be posted soon on http://KeeptheLightRecords.com and on the label’s webcast channel, http://webcast-tv.com/keepthelightrecords.
We will be broadcasting a live webcast of a studio jam session featuring artists Bob Hausler and Daryl Hayott on Friday August 21, 2009.
You can view it right here on http://KeeptheLightRecords.com.
All are invited to attend via our live webcast!
